If you are enrolled in an Aligner Fellowship course and haven't received an email with a link, please make sure you are subscribed to their emails here: https://www.alignerfellowship.com/resubscribe

After you've completed the Course Evaluation Survey you will be sent an Attendance Verification Document within 5 days.
